APPETIZERS (to share)

  • Tuna Tataki with peach, wasabi sprouts and beads.
  • Iberian cured ham Gran Reserva D. O. Extremadura.
  • Whitebait with fried egg, porcini mushroom confit and Navarra chistorra sausage with black truffle oil.
  • Cod carpaccio with crushed tomatoes and oil of tapenade.
  • Toasted coca bread with tomatoe and virgin olive oil.

MAIN COURSE (to choose)

  • Rice with lobster (rice broth or paella).
  • Black rice fishermen’s style.
  • Seasonal vegetables rice.
  • Grilled octopus with seasonal vegetables.
  • Beef tenderloin grilled with crispy artichokes, mustard oil, potatoes parmentier and black truffle.

  • White chocolate coulant with green tea ice-cream.
  • Campari cocktail with chocolate mousse and crispy maize “kikos”.

  • It includes a bottle of wine for every two people or a soda or beer per person.
  • This menu is for a minimum of 8 people.
  • The menu does not include soft drinks, beer, champagne or spirits.
  • The reservation must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Reservations will be held up to 15 minutes after the appointed time.
  • Any delay must be notified to the restaurant. In terrace we charge a supplement of 3 € per person (tax included).
